Monahan Wins the W. Bruce Lincoln Book Prize

Erika Monahan D'96, a visiting Associate Professor in the History Department for the 2018-19 academic year, has been awarded the W. Bruce Lincoln Book Prize from the ASEEES (Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies) for her The Merchants of Siberia: Trade in Early Modern Eurasia (Cornell University Press). The W. Bruce Lincoln Book Prize, sponsored by Mary Lincoln, is awarded biennially (in even numbered years) for an author's first published monograph or scholarly synthesis that is of exceptional merit and lasting significance for the understanding of Russia's past) published in the last two years.
